A slightly abstract leaf texture image featuring a sliver and green leaf. The right side of the texture is blurred due to the curve of the leaf, but the image is big and can be cropped accordingly. Love the detail sections on this one and the variety of veins and shapes.

Description: This one bends my rules on the textures featured on the site, quite a few unfocused sections on this one, but loving the shapes on the texture and the macros detailed section is also pretty cool. Description: Another hi resolution close up shot of a bright green leaf. I took several shots of this one as it was a bit windy that day, the sun is behind the leaf texture giving light patches where the leaf is thinnest. I’ll be post a load more different leaves soon, got quite a collection together now. Hope you guys like the new one? As always comments welcome.

Description: This detailed leaf texture is taken from a selection of shots which I recently took and features details of a section of the underneath of a leaf. I surprised my self with this one, still amazed by what the camera can pick up if used right.

I’ll be adding far more of these over the summertime, already bookmarking places that have amazing leaf textures. Hope you like the new one, feel free to add comments on any other textures that you guys are looking for.

Description: The start of a new set featuring green leaf textures. This addition features a close up photograph of a large leaf, quite a detailed shot lots of details. Will be adding more of these in the next few days.

If you duplicate the leaf texture layer in photoshop and in the layers setting change the top layer to ‘multiply’ you can get some great effects, its well worth having a mess about to see what different effects you can create.
